Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to apply clinical data expertise to AI training from a fully remote position. You will evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy and data quality, focusing on how AI interprets health information and integrates with EHR workflows.

This role offers flexible, contract-based work with 10–40 hours per week, remote collaboration with global teams, and the chance to shape AI systems used across healthcare settings.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical consistency, and data quality
• Review AI outputs related to EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data pipelines

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
• Ability to evaluate complex health information clearly and systematically
• Comfortable working with clinical, technical, and operational concepts
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
• No prior AI experience required — your healthcare expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with health informatics standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, etc.)
• Background in clinical decision support, population health, or healthcare analytics
