Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks qualified consultants to join a Child Online Protection consultancy roster based in Portugal. You will contribute to capacity building, policy development, child participation, digital inclusion, cybersecurity, education, and child rights initiatives.

Assignments are remote with international scope; you will collaborate with governments, educators, ICT professionals, and international partners to translate guidelines into practical

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in child online protection, digital safety, or related areas.
• Experience working with international partners and multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for child online protection initiatives at national, regional, and global levels.
• Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver training and capacity-building activities for diverse audiences.
• Assist in policy development, validation, and implementation of national protection strategies.
• Design activities that promote meaningful participation by children and youth.
• Identify and develop partnerships with public institutions and international organizations.
• Document best practices and produce evidence-based reports and case studies.
• Support communications and dissemination of project activities, including localization of guidelines.
• Contribute to curriculum development and educational content on online safety and digital citizenship.
