Block Labs is transforming decisioning with governed AI agents, real-time analytics, and production-grade data platforms. You will build production agents that answer business questions, extend them into customer-facing capabilities, and harden them with auditability, safety, and governance.

You will own ML, data science, and dashboards, delivering end-to-end solutions that connect data, models, and business outcomes.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in software, data science, or machine learning engineering.
• Shipped a production RAG system with grounding, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Strong Python for production services and SQL on columnar databases (ClickHouse preferred).
• Experience designing systems where model outputs drive deterministic execution and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Build and productionise AI agents, from Slack-native interfaces to governance-backed decisions.
• Develop ML and data-science models supporting churn, risk, and engagement signals.
• Create dashboards and surfaces for auditability, explanations, and operator oversight.
• Define closed-loop evaluation, memory, and tool integration to support autonomous agents.
