ScaleJet is seeking a middle-level Research & Development Specialist for a dynamic Amazon FBA business with a global footprint. You will support the R&D Lead, coordinating with suppliers, the Supply Chain team, Brand managers, and the Design team in day-to-day execution.

This role focuses on market research, product development, RFQs, and collaboration with overseas manufacturers, with remote, full-time hours and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce R&D / product development.
• Experience with Amazon research tools (Keepa, Helium 10, DataDive, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA and Seller Central.
• Experience with overseas manufacturers, RFQs, and specification documents.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market and competitor research for new product opportunities.
• Analyze demand, trends, sales volume, and competitor products.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding product specifications, pricing, and development.
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and calculate product costs.
• Order and evaluate product samples.
• Coordinate product development projects across internal teams.
• Support packaging, certification, and compliance activities.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
