Unit4 is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions across the company. This is a hands-on engineering role turning architecture and business requirements into scalable systems, including LLM applications, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and integrations with enterprise platforms.

The role has a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure and the Copilot ecosystem, and is remote with work authorized in Poland only. Send your CV in English to apply.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 1–2 years building and shipping AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise environments: security, compliance, integrations, scale.
• Deep practical experience with foundation models, prompt engineering, tool calls, and structured outputs.
• Experience with building agents, copilots, or multi-agent workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions that automate business processes across the organization.
• Build production-grade GenAI applications with LLM-powered features and orchestration layers.
• Contribute to PoCs and pilots, bringing new capabilities to production when validated.
• Develop and integrate AI agents and multi-agent systems with orchestration frameworks.
• Create APIs and microservices exposing AI capabilities to internal teams and products.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms via APIs, events, and connectors.
• Ensure scale, reliability, and change management with versioning and contracts.
• Contribute to responsible AI practices and governance by translating principles into standards.
