IRIUM Portugal seeks a senior DevOps profile to lead AI solution delivery, combining software engineering with GenAI patterns. You will design, develop, and operate AI features using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, while ensuring governance, runbooks, and robust documentation.

The role requires 5–8 years of software development and at least 2 years in production-grade GenAI solutions, with strong Python/TypeScript skills and Azure expertise.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 2 years building or operating generative AI/LLM-based solutions in production.
• Demonstrated breadth across multiple GenAI solution types (conversational, agentic, RAG, document intelligence, integrations).
• Hands-on backlog management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structured handover of AI solutions delivered by external vendors across in-scope solution types.
• Review code, prompts, configurations, architecture and documentation; identify debt and remediation backlog.
• Produce runbooks, SOPs, prompt and model documentation for solutions in run mode.
• Design, develop, and ship AI features and full solutions using the authorized AI stack.
• Build solutions with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot extensibility, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, and custom Python/TypeScript services.
• Apply governance and guardrail patterns consistent with AI governance frameworks.
• Contribute reusable components to the AI platform library.
• Collaborate with the AI Solution Lead on architecture reviews and design validation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions; follow GitOps and IaC standards.
• Apply LLMOps practices including prompt versioning and evaluation datasets.
• Implement observability, secrets management, and release management.
• Optimize consumption costs and report unit economics per solution.
• Act as L3 escalation point for AI solutions; resolve incidents and maintain knowledge base.
• Run discovery and refinement sessions; translate needs into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Demo increments and steward adoption with business champions.
• Provide enablement sessions and best-practice guidance for Copilot/AI coding platform.
