Job summary

Ewor Gmbh is seeking an AI Co-Founder / CEO to lead a new startup remotely. You will own, build, and run the venture, focusing on AI, product-market fit, and scalable growth.

You will receive coaching from unicorn founders, access to a selective network of founders and investors, and potential funding up to €500k as you pursue a multi‑million euro revenue plan. Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate, you should have excellent English.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full ownership to scale to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in AI or related fields.
• Embark on a customised personal development journey with unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support through EWOR's network of 50,000+ professionals.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million funding rounds.
• Iterate product with EWOR until PMF is achieved and help build a sales/marketing engine.
