Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking a Sustainability Mechanical Design Engineer to work 100% remotely, based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation. You will own and run your startup in sustainability, guided by unicorn founders and a bespoke development program, with access to EWOR's vast network for hiring and funding support.

You will iterate your product toward product-market-fit while building a sales and marketing engine, supported by intensive coaching to help raise multi-million euro rounds.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Willing to take full ownership of a startup and scale to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Sustainability.
• Engage in a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders.
• Receive support in hiring through EWOR's network of 50,000+ professionals and guidance from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million euro fundraising.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until achieving product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.

We are serial entrepreneurs, for example Paul Müller (founder Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder SumUp, €8B) who are eager to support outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs to build €1B+ companies.

• You will receive support in hiring through our network to over 50,000 professionals and advice as well as best practices from serial entrepreneurs
• You will receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding
• You will iterate your product with us until having reached product-market-fit and receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing engine respectively
