Job summary

EWOR GmbH invites ambitious entrepreneurs to join a fellowship to start and scale their own startups. You will be employed by EWOR while developing your venture, with optional access to up to €500k in funding and weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders.

Join a community of top founders and investors, supported by EWOR’s network of over 50,000 professionals to help you reach product-market-fit and prepare for multi-million euro funding rounds within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build and run your startup in fields such as SaaS.
• Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a fully customised programme enhancing goal, time, and energy management.
• Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until product-market-fit is achieved and build a sales/marketing engine.
