AgileEngine is looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to build AI agents that analyze infrastructure discovery logs and automate complex troubleshooting. Using Python and REST APIs, you will integrate Gen AI capabilities like RAG and vector databases into production systems.

This is a software engineering role focused on building scalable, production-grade solutions with strong SDLC practices and modern CI/CD tooling, while collaborating with global teams. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.

• Strong Python development and REST API design experience.

• Practical experience integrating Gen AI APIs into software applications (OpenAI, Anthropic).

• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs at scale.
• Develop agents to classify/correlate failures, troubleshoot, and propose fixes.
• Create data-processing pipelines and API integrations feeding telemetry into the AI ecosystem.
• Collaborate with global teams to deploy robust production-grade solutions.
