AgileEngine, LLC in Portugal is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build AI agents that analyze infrastructure discovery logs, automate complex troubleshooting, and integrate Gen AI capabilities using Python and REST APIs.

You will design scalable data-processing pipelines, implement RAG and vector databases, and ensure guardrails and testing before production. This is a software engineering role, not a research position, with remote work options in Portugal.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Advanced Python development and REST API design.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into applications and knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
• Strong SDLC practices and toolchains (Git/GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD, testing, security).

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze discovery logs and failures at scale.
• Classify and correlate failures, perform troubleshooting, and propose fixes.
• Develop data-processing pipelines and API integrations feeding telemetry to AI systems.
• Ensure testing and guardrails before production changes.
