AgileEngine in Braga, Portugal seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to build AI agents that analyze infrastructure logs and automate complex troubleshooting. You will integrate Gen AI capabilities using Python and REST APIs, shaping production systems rather than research.

You will create data-processing pipelines, work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and vector databases, and ensure robust testing and guardrails before production releases.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and data-processing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into apps.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices, Git, CI/CD, testing, and release management.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze discovery logs and automate troubleshooting at scale.
• Classify and correlate failures, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions.
• Develop data pipelines and API integrations to feed telemetry into the AI ecosystem.
