Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking an Adobe Project Manager to lead digital marketing implementation projects. This remote role supports clients from the UK and across geographies, requiring senior expertise in Adobe solutions (AEM, AEP, Campaign, Commerce) and cross‑functional leadership.

You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications while coordinating virtual teams in multiple time zones. English fluency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in the industry.
• Strong project management experience delivering digital marketing implementation projects.
• Experience with Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions.
• Experience implementing Adobe solutions, particularly AEM and AEP.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Commerce is advantageous.
• Experience managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including effort estimation, scope, planning, monitoring and execution.
• Strong experience in risk management, budget and timeline management.
• Experience with project resourcing, forecasting, time management and invoicing.
• Strong client, partner and internal stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience managing large projects or multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Experience presenting to Executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.
• Professional project management qualification.
• Business consulting background.
• Experience working with virtual teams across different geographies and time zones.
• Full fluency in English.
