Job summary

Wire IT is seeking an experienced Adobe Project Manager to lead digital marketing projects from initiation to delivery. The role requires coordinating global teams, estimating effort, planning and monitoring progress, and ensuring on-time execution while managing budgets and risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering digital marketing implementation projects.
• Experience with Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions.
• Experience implementing Adobe solutions, particularly AEM and AEP.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Commerce is advantageous.
• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle, including effort estimation, scope, planning, monitoring and execution.
• Strong experience in risk management, budget and timeline management.
• Experience with project resourcing, forecasting, time management and invoicing.
• Strong client, partner and internal stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience presenting to Executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.
• Business consulting background.
• Experience working with virtual teams across different geographies and time zones.
• Full fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe marketing projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
• Estimate effort, define scope, plan, monitor and execute project plans.
