Siemens Energy is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to analyze and evaluate products, align with D&A needs, and identify performance opportunities that drive impact. You will collaborate with the product team, communicate architecture, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
You will own KPIs that inform product evolution and business impact. You will work with a global team focused on decarbonization and digitalization of the fleet, applying data and analytics best practices to deliver
Qualificações
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Math, Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with product teams (PM, Eng, design, data science, data engineering).
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate results.
- Experience in product optimization (funnel/website) and outbound channels.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with product team to improve understanding and performance.
- Communicate and demonstrate design architecture aligned with business needs.
- Build strong business relationships translating client needs into requirements.
- Define and analyze metrics to gauge product success and adoption.
- Develop reusable components and reference architectures applying data & analytics best practices.
