SIXT in Lisbon is seeking a Recruiter (m/f/d) to own end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles. You will engage candidates, screen applications, interview, and negotiate offers in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and external partners when needed, track KPIs, and refine the hiring process to attract top talent for SIXT’s Lisbon teams.

Qualificações

• Completed degree and proven recruitment experience.
• Ability to understand roles and differentiate skills and expertise.
• Experience managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own recruitment for non-tech roles in Lisbon from start to finish.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You take ownership of recruiting top talent for various non-tech roles across our teams in Lisbon, ensuring a smooth and high-quality process from start to finish
• You lead end-to-end recruitment, from finding the right channels to screening applications, conducting interviews, and handling offer negotiations
• You guide candidates through each step, building a strong rapport and acting as a trusted advisor for both candidates and hiring managers
• You collaborate with external recruitment partners (if necessary) to create a strong talent pipeline
• You track and use recruiting KPIs to continually refine and improve our hiring process

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience and EducationYou have a completed degree and proven experience in recruitment roles
• Business understanding You understand various roles and can easily distinguish between specialized skills andexpertiseareas
• Stakeholder Management You bring solid experience in stakeholder management
