Job summary

Elesta is seeking an in-house Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a private UHNWI Family Office. This fully remote role spans multiple regions (EU, LatAm, MENA, SA) and a broad set of functions from corporate services to luxury assets.

You will run the full recruitment cycle, source proactively, and work discreetly with high-profile stakeholders. 3+ years’ experience, fluency in English and Russian, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
• Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
• Source and map candidates proactively.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role briefs and interview processes.
• Track pipeline and flag risks or bottlenecks early.
• Negotiate offers and manage closing with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and role data.

Job description

We're looking for an in-house Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a private UHNWI Family Office. This is a fully remote role within a small team. You'll hire across a range of areas, seniority, and markets (EU, LatAm, OAE, South Africa...):

• Business/Corporate services (Finance, Legal, Ops, Tax, HR, Personal Assistant..)
• Education (Nanny, Tutor..)
• Household (Chef, Housekeeper, Driver, Butler..)
• Luxury assets (Yacht/Private jet/Helicopter crews)
• Hospitality (Villa manager, Director of Guest Experience..)

What You'll Do:

Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end , from intake call to closed offer. Source and map candidates proactively , rather than relying only on inbound applications. Manage candidate communication with discretion , given the sensitivity of a family office environment. Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and fit. Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role briefs and interview processes. Track pipeline progress and flag risks or bottlenecks early. Negotiate offers and manage the closing process with candidates. Keep candidate and role data accurate and up to date.

3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Fluent in English and Russian , spoken and written. Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus. Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates independently. Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information. Organised and able to manage several open roles at once. Self-directed and comfortable working remotely as part of a small team.
