CBRE Portugal is seeking an analytical Analyst to join the Capital Markets team in Lisbon, supporting investment and divestment processes, market research, and financial modeling across real estate assets.

You will prepare analyses, presentations, and proposals for investors and banks, collaborating with colleagues across functions, and gaining exposure to strategic decision‑making in a dynamic, international firm.

Qualificações

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Architecture.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in real estate (preferred), consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or similar areas.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and proactively.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity, initiative and enthusiasm for learning.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish and/or French is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to independently build financial models and business presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and analyzing financial models, valuation exercises, business plans and strategic plans for real estate investments.
• Conducting market research, gathering and interpreting sector data for different asset classes.
• Preparing presentations, proposals and marketing materials for investors, clients and financial institutions.
• Participating in commercial engagement with investors, clients and banks.
• Supporting transaction processes, both buy-side and sell-side, throughout their full lifecycle.
