Coloplast in Portugal seeks a Ramp-up Engineer to manage rapid ramp-ups of new technologies and transfer lines, aiming at KPIs like OEE and cycle time. You will lead projects, forecast resources, and keep management informed with progress reports.

The role emphasizes teamwork, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvements. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree, 3–4 years in project management, and English at B2 level.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-4 years of work experience in Project Management.
• Post Graduation in Project Management is a plus.
• SixSigma certifications is a plus.
• English Level: B2 – Upper Intermediate is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Ramp-up projects (IVS, SVS or Transfer machines) and ensure completion of projects per scope, plan and budget.
• Create Ramp-up Project Agreement, define expectations, targets, KPI’s and time.
• Develop and manage a project schedule and work plan.
• Drive troubleshooting and crisis situations to recover ramp-up progress.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives efficiently.
• Report KPIs, risks and issues to management.
• Propose process improvements and train teams.
• Collaborate with Transfer, Commissioning and Operations teams.
