Decskill is seeking an experienced Subsystem Engineer to join a large-scale railway infrastructure project in Oeiras, operating in a hybrid model with 60% on-site. You will own the design and integration of UPS, power distribution, cabling, and fibre optic subsystems, acting as the technical interface across the project.

The role requires a university degree in electrical engineering, strong knowledge of electrical design and fibre optics, and proven experience in industrial or transportation

Qualificações

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in power distribution design and integration.
  • Experience with UPS systems and fibre optics.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

  • Formalise engineering plans and specifications.
  • Assemble elements to verify design and performance.
  • Ensure readiness for production, testing, and on-site commissioning.
  • Plan subsystem development within architecture.
  • Serve as technical interface for the domain.
  • Produce system and installation documentation.
  • Support design reviews and customer engagements.
  • Deliver training and lessons learned.
