Fortil is seeking a Software Embedded Systems Engineer to join our teams working on high-impact projects in the energy sector. The role is part of a hybrid model with 2 days per week on-site in Maia or Oeiras.

You will contribute to the development of advanced embedded solutions for power systems and participate in the full software development lifecycle within an R&D environment that encourages collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.

Qualificações

• Proven skills in C/C++ for embedded real-time systems.
• Strong problem solving and analytical mindset.
• Experience with Linux environments and multithreading.

Responsabilidades

• Develop embedded software for power protection, automation and control.
• Contribute to full software development lifecycle from requirements to testing.
• Collaborate with R&D teams and participate in design reviews.
