Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or Physics.
• Strong background in automotive hardware development and industrialization.
• Experience with production end-of-line testing and radar/ADAS is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating technical projects in international settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production testing activities within radar projects.
• Drive development, implementation and release of test solutions.
• Ensure test readiness for prototype to series production milestones.
• Serve as interface between product development and manufacturing teams.
• Coordinate topics and stakeholders to enable timely decisions.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and problem solving.
• Support industrialization, plant commissioning and ramp-up.
• Drive continuous improvements in test efficiency and robustness.
• Collaborate with international Bosch locations and cross-functional teams.
