Job summary

Bosch Group in Portugal seeks a Subproject Manager for Production Testing and Industrialization to advance automotive radar products from development to series production. You will lead production testing readiness and coordinate between engineering and manufacturing to ensure robust test solutions.

The role requires strong project coordination, risk management and the ability to drive cross-functional activities across Bosch locations in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or a comparable technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production testing activities within automotive radar development projects.
• Drive the development, implementation and release of production test solutions.
• Ensure test readiness for prototype, sample, validation and series production milestones.
• Act as a key interface between product development, manufacturing and production plants, ensuring alignment across project phases.
• Coordinate technical topics and stakeholders, supporting effective and timely decision-making.
• Identify project and technical risks, coordinate problem-solving activities and drive appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support industrialization, plant commissioning and production ramp-up, ensuring a smooth transition towards series production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to production testing, efficiency and robustness.
• Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams across multiple Bosch locations.
