Job summary

Continental is seeking a motivated professional to join the Tires R&D process design and digitalization team. You will define and implement digital workflows within IT Product & Specification Lifecycle Management, collaborating across multiple stakeholders to support R&D processes.

The role emphasizes improving processes, coordinating releases, and delivering impactful IT solutions in a multinational setting. A strong English proficiency and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Natural Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in driving digitalization topics and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for digital workflows.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and scalable IT solutions.
• Harmonize workflows across stakeholders during the concept phase.
• Support release planning, testing, and documentation of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Serve as the central contact for R&D IT and business stakeholders.
