Qualifications

• Academic degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Natural Sciences, or related field.
• Strong interest in digitalization topics, resilience and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated team player with multicultural, performance and target orientation.
• Proficient in tackling loosely defined problems and delivering insights.
• Strong stakeholder focus and willingness to learn, act and take responsibility.
• Experience in project management and tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Requirement engineering: Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements to gain a detailed and aligned understanding.
• Solution design: Translate business requirements into efficient technical requirements and scalable IT solutions within the R&D system landscape.
• Process and workflow optimization: Analyze business processes and harmonize target requirements across stakeholders during concept phase.
• Testing & release coordination: Support planning, coordination and documentation of release testing activities.
• Continuous improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and drive sustainable optimization.
• Stakeholder management: Act as central point of contact for R&D IT and business stakeholders and ensure alignment.
