Job summary

Continental is seeking a Process Design and Digitalization Specialist within Tires R&D to drive digital workflows in IT Product & Specification Lifecycle Management systems, collaborating with stakeholders to improve development processes.

You will engage in requirements engineering, solution design, process optimization, testing coordination, and continuous improvement, while ensuring alignment across R&D IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in driving digitalization and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Requirement engineering: Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Solution design: Translate requirements into technical specifications and scalable IT solutions.
• Process and workflow optimization: Analyze processes and harmonize workflows across stakeholders.
• Testing & release coordination: Support planning, coordination and documentation of release testing.
• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities and drive optimization measures.
• Stakeholder management: Act as central point of contact for R&D IT and business stakeholders.
