Job summary

Forvia is seeking a motivated Quality Trainee to join our team and support the Program Quality Leader in key activities related to product and process quality during the development phase. As a Quality Trainee, you will assist in daily program quality management, help collect lessons learned, support Control Plans, monitor parts conformity, and contribute to customer approvals and audits.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for hands-on learning and career

Qualifications

• Master's in Engineering (mechanical, plastics, or related fields).
• Previous internship or academic project in automotive/manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, problem solving).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Quality Leader in daily tasks related to program quality management.
• Help collect and organize lessons learned from projects.
• Support the preparation and implementation of Control Plans.
• Monitor parts conformity and quality during development.
• Contribute to customer approvals (e.g., PPAP) and audits.
• Support quality incidents and deviation requests.
• Collaborate on improvement plans for internal and supplier quality.
• Share best practices across teams and locations.
• Support communication on engineering changes and supplier quality topics.
