GH Engage seeks a QA/QC Lead to drive quality management on large-scale projects in Portugal. You will lead the implementation of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works, and mentor QA/QC engineers on site with a focus on rigorous documentation.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in QA/QC on major construction, strong CSA/MEP knowledge, and proven leadership. This role offers a competitive package and opportunities to shape critical infrastructure delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works.
• Manage and mentor QA/QC Engineers on site; oversee ITPs, inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
• Manage NCRs and drive corrective actions; liaise with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure quality dossiers and handover documentation are completed to required standards.
• Support audits and promote a right-first-time quality culture.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent experience)
• Must have an EU Passport or the right to work in Portugal
• Non EU Candidates will not be considered.
• 8+ years’ QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of both CSA and MEP installations
• Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical environments desirable
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
