GH Engage is seeking a Quality Lead for on-site leadership in Setúbal, Portugal. You will lead the implementation of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works and mentor QA/QC engineers on site.

The role requires 8+ years of QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects, strong knowledge of CSA and MEP installations, and the ability to drive non-conformance resolution, audits and handover documentation.

• Support audits and promote a right-first-time quality culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works

• Liaise with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client representatives

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent experience)
• Must have an EU Passport or the right to work in Portugal
• Non EU Candidates will not be considered.
• 8+ years’ QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of both CSA and MEP installations
• Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical environments desirable
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
