A competitive multinational company in Santo Tirso, Porto, is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect parts and assemblies, raise non-conformities, and prepare technical documentation. Qualificações

• At least 2 years as Quality Inspector in aviation environment.
• Ability to use basic Metrology tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect elementary parts and assemblies.
• Raise Non-Conformity notices.
• Create technical reports.
• Analyze existing concessions.
• Intervene in NC workflow.
• Generate instructions for repairs.
• Request materials for repairs.

Conhecimentos

Experience as Quality Inspector

Profile:

• At least 2 years as Quality Inspector, in aviation environment (Aviation or Tier1 suppliers)
• SAP PEA/PE1 – NC Management (NC Consultation, Creation & Workflow)
• Knowledge on Metrology and basic Metrology tools (Caliper, Micrometer, Goniometer, etc.)
• Ability to prepare Technical Documentation
• English B2 (written) or higher

Responsibilities

• Inspection of Elementary parts and Assemblies to identify manufacturing defects and/or damages
• Raise Non-Conformity notices in customer’s platforms
• Creation of Technical reports describing the identified defects
• Analyze Existing Concessions and create new ones in Customer’s platforms
• Intervene in the workflow of the NC / Concession when required
• Generate the Instructions for production team to perform the required repairs
• Request the materials (fasteners, chemicals, etc.) for the repairs to be performed
