GROHE, a global leader in sanitary fittings, seeks a Quality Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence across the product lifecycle, acting as the link between factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing to bring world‑class products to market.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering with 5+ years in quality management, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, and APQP/Stage Gate expertise.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in practical quality management
• Strong ISO 9001 knowledge; IATF 16949 a plus
• APQP/Stage Gate Process expertise
• Quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects
• Track and drive project maturity levels
• Conduct process audits to maintain top-tier standards
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures
• Support safe launch activities within your product group
• Lead continuous improvement projects for both new and existing products
• Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs

What You’ll Do:

• Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects

What You Bring:

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of practical quality management experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus)
• Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process
• Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous
