The role requires 5+ years in quality management, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, experience with APQP/Stage Gate, and fluency in English. You will lead audits, drive improvements, and monitor quality performance while supporting safe

Qualificações

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years of practical quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; IATF16949 experience is a plus.
• Experience with APQP/Stage Gate processes.
• Quality auditing training is desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects.
• Track and drive project maturity levels.
• Conduct process audits to maintain top-tier standards.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures.
• Support safe launch activities within your product group.
• Lead continuous improvement projects for new and existing products.
• Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs.
