Grohe Portugal Componentes Sanitarios Lda. is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure excellence across the product lifecycle. You will act as the main link between factories, R&D, purchasing, and marketing, driving quality initiatives and improvements.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of quality management experience, strong ISO 9001 knowledge, and proficiency in APQP/Stage Gate. Fluency in English and MS Office/Google Workspace skills are essential.

Qualificações

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years of practical quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; IATF 16949 experience is a plus.
• Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process.
• Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects.
• Track and drive project maturity levels.
• Conduct process audits to maintain top-tier standards.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures.
• Support safe launch activities within your product group.
• Lead continuous improvement projects for both new and existing products.
• Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs.
