Grohe Portugal Componentes Sanitarios Lda. in Aveiro region is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure excellence across the product lifecycle. You will act as the link between factories, R&D, purchasing, and marketing to bring world-class sanitary products to life.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of quality management experience, knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP/Stage Gate, and strong English communication. Hybrid full-time role offering professional growth.

Formación

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years of practical quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus).
• Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process.
• Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects
• Track and drive project maturity levels
• Conduct process audits to maintain top-tier standards
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures
• Support safe launch activities within your product group
• Lead continuous improvement projects for both new and existing products
• Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs
