ALTEN Portugal is seeking a QA Tester to ensure quality across web and API environments. You will analyze requirements, design and execute test plans, and collaborate with developers to reproduce issues.

The role emphasizes regression testing, bug tracking, and improving quality processes. Familiarity with ASP.NET, SQL, Postman, Jira or Azure DevOps is valued, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Ability to define and execute test cases from functional requirements.
• Experience with functional and regression testing to ensure software quality.
• Familiar with bug tracking tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ASP.NET components relevant to UI testing.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and querying.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networks and basic connectivity concepts.

• Solid experience in defining and executing test cases.
• Knowledge of functional and regression testing.
• Experience with bug management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and dynamic page functionality (ASP.NET).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Knowledge of SQL (executing queries, validating database data).
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks, ports, protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, FTP), and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication with technical teams and proactivity in resolving blockers.
• Critical thinking and focus on quality.
