OSQuay – an iLink Digital Company is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join their team in Lisbon. The role involves maintaining and further developing automated regression tests for a complex pension fund's administration landscape.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in test automation, particularly with Robot Framework. Experience with Playwright and a background in financial services are preferred. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our client's team in Lisbon! In this role, you will take on the responsibility for the maintenance and continued setup of automated regression tests for a large Dutch pension fund's administration landscape.

What you will do:

• Maintain and further develop the automated regression test suite, ensuring the stability of a complex system encompassing backend administration and low-code middleware layers (OutSystems and MS Dynamics).
• Partner closely with the customer’s existing test automation engineer to develop the framework over the next six months, progressively taking full ownership of the system's regression testing.
• Primarily work with Robot Framework and utilize Playwright to optimize test scripts and coverage.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in test automation using Robot Framework (mandatory). Experience with Playwright is highly desired.
• Background in financial services, specifically within pensions or life insurance. Knowledge of Dutch pension processes is considered a major plus.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must‑have. Knowledge of Dutch is a great advantage.
• A self‑starting, organized professional with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
