TravelEssence in Lisbon is seeking a QA Tester to ensure software quality across OutSystems apps. You will define test plans, run manual and exploratory tests, and collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to verify business needs are met.

You’ll triage support tickets, contribute to test automation where possible, and help improve processes and communication between users, support, and engineers. This onsite role offers a hybrid setup with flexibility to work from home when appropriate and

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with OutSystems applications.
• One or more QA/testing certifications (ISTQB or similar).
• Good understanding of testing approaches and practice.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute test plans and test scripts for new features and changes.
• Perform manual, regression, and exploratory tests across OutSystems applications.
• Validate that UI/UX and functionality meet business expectations.
• Triaging support tickets, reproducing and logging issues accurately.
• Escalate issues to the development team and guide users when needed.
• Contribute ideas to improve product quality, processes, and communication flow.
• Support the introduction of test automation within the QA process.
