WE ARE META is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure software quality across projects. You will work in a hybrid setup, coordinating with recruiters and engineers to align testing outcomes with business goals and client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in QA, strong JIRA/XRAY skills, and experience with UAT. Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon and a Portugal work permit are preferred.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience as a QA Analyst or QAA.
• Skilled in managing and tracking test cases and defects using JIRA and XRAY.
• Strong communicator, able to articulate quality findings to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and collaborating with business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and track test cases and defects using JIRA and XRAY throughout the full testing lifecycle.
• Communicate quality findings and gaps clearly to stakeholders.
• Analyse production incidents to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business teams to validate functional outcomes via UAT.
