LUZA Group is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to join our talent, tech, and innovation consulting team in Portugal. You will assess automation opportunities, collaborate on test strategies, and define test plans aligned with customer requirements.

You will execute functional and non-functional tests, compile results, and report issues to development teams while contributing to continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, experience reviewing requirements, familiarity

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or equivalent in engineering/computer science or related field.
• Experience reviewing requirements and analyzing design specifications.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD basics.
• Experience in functional and non-functional testing across multi-tier apps.
• Familiarity with UAT, Alpha and Beta testing phases.
• Fluent in English; ISTQB awareness a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess necessity to automate all or part of test scripts and improve the automation framework.
• Collaborate with QEs and Managers to develop test strategies and plans.
• Define test strategy and create traceable test plans aligned to specs and customer needs.
• Produce and maintain test scripts and plans across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate on Test Repository creation as a Shared Service.
• Execute functional and non-functional tests and review results.
• Generate test results reports and document issues clearly.
• Identify risks and elevate where appropriate.
• Identify process improvements with SQA activities to raise efficiency.
• Support troubleshooting and report bugs to development teams; collect logs.
• Report on Test Plan execution status and perform UAT phases.
