About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Tester to join our tech team on a contract basis, testing a SaaS platform built for advanced data analysis. You'll be testing across the full platform - from complex, data-heavy features through to the everyday flows that make the product usable end-to-end.

Location

Hybrid; remote + minimum 1 day/week in Lisbon office.

Key areas you'll be testing include:

• Large-scale data visualisation and analysis - ensuring complex datasets render accurately, perform well, and give users clear, trustworthy insights
• Automated workflows - validating that multi-step, automated processes behave reliably and handle edge cases correctly
• AI-powered chat and agent features - testing conversational and agentic functionality for accuracy, reliability, and edge-case handling
• Core platform flows - onboarding, authentication, and other standard SaaS functionality, ensuring a smooth and secure user experience throughout

This is a hands-on, manual testing role you'll be thinking like a real user, actively probing the platform to catch issues before they reach customers, and working closely with the tech team to report and help resolve them.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years' experience in manual QA/product testing, ideally on SaaS platforms (mid-to-senior level)
• Comfortable testing AI-driven features, experience with AI tools or AI-powered products is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think through edge cases and real-world usage patterns
• Based in or able to travel to Lisbon, Portugal - this is a hybrid role with at least one day per week in the office for team collaboration and user feedback sessions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English - the company's working language is English only.
• 6-month initial contract, with potential to extend based on performance and project needs
