Job summary

Casado, a Lisbon-based company, is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our product testing team on a 6-month contract. You will test a data analytics SaaS platform end-to-end, from complex data features to everyday flows, with a remote-first setup and collaboration in Lisbon.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of manual QA on SaaS, are comfortable testing AI-driven features, and show strong attention to edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Test across the full SaaS platform end-to-end, from data-heavy features to everyday flows.
• Actively probe the platform to catch issues before customers do, reporting them to the tech team.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, triage and help resolve defects.
• Test large-scale data visualisation and analysis, ensuring accurate rendering and reliable performance.
• Validate automated workflows and multi-step processes for reliability.
• Test AI-powered chat and agent features for accuracy and edge-case handling.
• Ensure core platform flows (onboarding, authentication) provide a smooth, secure user experience.

**QA Engineer Product Tester (Contract)**Remote | 6-month contract, potential to extend | Full-time | ASAP start**About the Role**We're looking for an experienced Product Tester to join our tech team on a contract basis, testing a SaaS platform built for advanced data analysis.
