Job summary

Joom приглашает опытного QA-инженера для работы с веб-службами, бэкенд-системами и API. Ваша задача — находить баги, обеспечивать их исправление и предлагать улучшения для повышения удовлетворенности пользователей.

Обязанности включают ручное тестирование, анализ сложной логики и сотрудничество с командой разработки. График — гибрид, офис-центр, с опциями удаленной работы до 52 дней в году, с бонусной частью по результатам.

Qualifications

• Не менее 4 лет опыта тестирования веб-приложений.
• Понимание веб-технологий и клиент-серверных взаимодействий.
• Опыт работы с хотя бы одной базой данных.
• Умение анализировать сетевой трафик с использованием инструментов вроде Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Postman.
• Будет плюсом знание методологий тестирования и оптимизации процессов тестирования.
• Базовые навыки программирования для написания скриптов/автоматизации.

Responsibilities

• Выполнение ручного тестирования веб-служб.
• Участие в улучшении продукта и тесная работа с командой разработки.
• Анализ сложной бизнес-логики и разбор ее на понятные компоненты с поиском ошибок.
• Постоянный поиск способов улучшения продукта и процессов тестирования.
• Задавание вопросов при неясности и тщательное расследование до корня проблемы.

Today, JoomPro operates in Brazil and Mexico, with plans to expand into other markets. We are currently looking for an experienced QA Engineer to work with web services, backend systems, and APIs. • Perform manual testing of web services;
• automation experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Participate in product improvement and collaborate closely with the development team
• Analyze complex business logic, break it down into clear components, and find issues that others might miss
• Continuously look for ways to improve the product and testing processes
• Ask questions when something is unclear and investigate issues thoroughly until the root cause is found

Требования

• At least 4 years of experience testing web applications
• Understanding of web technologies and client-server interactions
• Experience working with at least one database
• Ability to inspect, analyze, and modify network traffic using tools such as Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Postman, or similar
• Будет плюсом: Familiarity with testing methodologies and experience optimizing testing processes;
• Basic programming skills in any language for writing scripts or creating simple automation

• Compensation package: base salary starting from €70,000 gross per year and performance-based bonuses
