Natixis in Portugal is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robot and Selenium. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage, design automation frameworks, and drive QA process improvements. Strong French (C1) is required and English CVs only.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior QA members, reporting testing progress, and staying current with industry best practices in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Robot and/or Selenium for test automation.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
• Proficiency in French (C1 level mandatory).
• We will only consider CVs in English.

Job Description
