Joom seeks an experienced QA Engineer to validate web services, backend systems, and APIs for a new AI-powered assistant product. The role involves manual testing, close collaboration with developers, and analysis of complex logic to identify hidden issues.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience testing web applications.
• Understanding of web technologies and client-server interactions.
• Experience with at least one database.
• Ability to inspect, analyze, and modify network traffic using tools such as Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Postman, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual testing of web services; automation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Participate in product improvement and collaborate closely with the development team.
• Analyze complex business logic, break it down into clear components, and find issues that others might miss.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the product and testing processes.
• Ask questions when something is unclear and investigate issues thoroughly until the root cause is found.
