Joom Group in Lisbon invites an accomplished Head of JoomAI to shape the future of our AI-powered ecommerce operating system. You will define the product strategy and roadmap for JoomAI, and lead a small but high-caliber team across product and engineering.

You will build integrations with ERP, marketplaces, and messaging tools, translate seller needs into features, and drive end-to-end delivery from concept to scale.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management, with a strong track record of owning products end-to-end.
• Senior product leadership in a startup or high-growth tech company, ideally launching and scaling products.
• Exceptional product strategy, ruthless prioritisation, and clear roadmaps.
• Hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable with analytics.
• Practical experience building with LLMs and AI agents, understanding their behavior and quality.
• Technical fluency to scope work and discuss timelines with engineering.
• Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for JoomAI.
• Build and expand integrations with ERP systems, Mercado Livre, WhatsApp, and others.
• Identify high-value use cases with sellers and translate into product decisions.
• Design and ship AI agents and automated workflows to solve recurring seller problems.
• Lead a focused product and engineering team.
