Act Digital is seeking a QA Engineer to join an international technology project based in Porto. You will work across functional and automated testing, using scripting to support test execution and automation. Strong QA fundamentals, scripting experience and adaptability to new environments are essential.

Requirements include at least 3 years of QA experience, knowledge of Python scripting, and fluency in English and Portuguese. Availability to work 3 days per week onsite in Porto is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals including test design, functional and regression testing.
• Professional experience with test automation and/or scripting.
• Good knowledge of Python scripting; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to internal frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements and specifications from a QA perspective.
• Design, document and execute test cases for functional, integration, regression and system testing.
• Identify edge cases and quality risks.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and scripts using Python or other scripting languages.
• Execute manual and automated tests and analyze results.
• Log defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Maintain regression test suites and automation coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and analysts throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA planning.
