InnoTech is seeking a skilled Mobile QA Engineer to own the full QA lifecycle for mobile applications. You will define and implement quality strategies, drive automation, and perform comprehensive testing across iOS and Android while collaborating with developers, UX/UI teams, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.

• Own QA lifecycle for mobile app projects from requirements to post-release monitoring.
• Define quality strategies, automation frameworks, test plans, and performance standards for iOS/Android.
• Perform manual and automated functional, usability, performance, security, API, and backend testing.
• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI, and product teams to identify defects and improve quality.
• Document test cases, results, defects, coverage, and quality metrics; ensure App Store/Play compliance.

Your Mission Will Be

• Take ownership of the complete QA lifecycle for mobile application projects, from requirements analysis to deployment and post-release monitoring;
• Define and implement quality strategies, automation frameworks, test plans, and performance standards for iOS and Android applications;
• Perform manual and automated functional, usability, performance, security, API, contract, and backend testing;
• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to identify defects, investigate root causes, and improve product quality;
• Document test cases, results, defects, coverage, and quality metrics while ensuring compliance with App Store, Google Play, security, and privacy requirements.

You Will Need

• Between 5 and 6 years of professional experience in mobile quality assurance, including manual and automated testing for iOS and Android;
• Hands-on experience with mobile testing tools such as Appium, XCTest, Espresso, BrowserStack, Firebase, and Crashlytics;
• Experience with API testing tools such as Bruno, Postman, or Newman, as well as debugging tools including Charles Proxy, Android Studio/ADB, or Xcode Instruments;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps;
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Octane, contract testing methodologies, backend testing, and mobile performance metrics;
• Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms, user experience testing methods, device fragmentation, and mobile application lifecycle management;
• A Quality Engineering or Software Testing certification, such as ISTQB or CSTE.
