Natixis in Portugal is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated tests using Robot Framework and Selenium, collaborate with product teams, and mentor juniors. A solid background in software QA, AGILE, and strong programming language knowledge (Java/C#/Python) is required, with French at C1 level.

The role supports a hybrid work policy and ongoing initiatives in ESG/DEI. English communications are essential and CVs in English are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Robot Framework and Selenium.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• ISTQB/CSTE certifications are a plus.
• French language at C1 level is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts using Robot and/or Selenium.
• Execute and analyze automated tests to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure coverage.
• Participate in design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
• Investigate and report software defects and work with the team to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior QA team members.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to test automation.
• Provide accurate status reports on testing progress and results.
