Natixis in Portugal is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated tests using Robot and Selenium. You will collaborate with product and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and contribute to framework design.

We value mentoring of junior QA, continuous improvement of testing practices, and clear progress reporting. The role supports a hybrid work policy within a multinational environment focused on quality and innovation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven software QA and test automation experience.
• Strong proficiency with Robot Framework and Selenium.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, or Python for test development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• ISTQB/CSTE certifications are a plus; French (C1) is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain test cases and scripts using Robot and/or Selenium.
• Execute and analyze automated tests to identify defects and improvements.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure coverage.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks.
• Investigate and report defects; work with devs to resolve issues.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices.
• Provide accurate status reports on testing progress and results.
• Mentor junior QA team members.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and tools.
