Natixis in Portugal, a Centre of Expertise within Groupe BPCE, is seeking a Software QA Automation Engineer to develop and maintain test cases using Robot and Selenium, collaborating with product and development teams to ensure coverage.

You will design automated frameworks, investigate defects, mentor junior testers, and contribute to a hybrid work policy and inclusive culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Robot and/or Selenium for test automation.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
• Proficiency in French (C1 level mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and best practices;
• Provide accurate and timely status reports on testing progress and results;
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members;
• Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to test automation;

Job Description
